At the Hotel Royal Penang every guest can avail themselves of a large buffet breakfast with various Western and Eastern options. Today, Kate and I ended up preparing fairly identical plates: steamed coconut rice, hard boiled egg, peanuts, dried anchovies, samosas, chili sauce, fruit, tea, orange juice.
